OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE

Making the product right, by doing good research, development, design, testing and manufacturing of firearms, is critical. Lessons learned in the past, malfunction investigations, results of past litigation, good design principles and common sense should result in a better and safer product for all.

This course is designed to give insights into actions which can be undertaken to first avoid or prevent firearms litigation and barring that, to provide information which could possibly assist firearms litigation defense when required.
