MWB/LB-139 : Environmental

At the conclusion of this course, the attendee should have developed a practical understanding
of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulatory requirements as applicable to their 
workplace environment.  The scope of the material covered in this course will be social and 
legislative history, underlying scientific and engineering principles, overview of existing 
regulations and practical guidelines for recognizing potential environmental problems.  Also 
discussed will be the best management practices for the control of hazards and expectations for 
future regulations.  Target audience would be those people assigned to "environmental duties" as 
a portion of their job, including administrative officers, range technicians, test directors, 
and project officers.
