This course will cover the basics of explosives as well as some 
techniques for testing explosives for both the Technician and Engineer.  
No single course can qualify anyone to do their own testing.  This 
course does not qualify anyone to do their own testing.

Since most of the instructors have done their own hands-on testing, 
some of their own unique and distinctive techniques may be helpful to 
those who attend.
