This course will cover some aspects of all of the Test & Evaluation courses
given in the past. specifically directed to Technicians and Engineers working in
and around test and Evaluation facilities.  Included will be reasons for various
types of tests and testing techniques, as well as methods to evaluate given test
results.  Testing techniques for production testing, research & Development
testing as well as live fire and non destructive testing.  Also included will be
Safety, Safety Certificatioons, Environmental, handling acquiring and transporta-
tion of test material.  Standard Operating Procedures, communication and instru-
mentation will also be discussed.
